During the discussion, John plans to include an outline of the most successful tax tools, beginning with Choice of Entity, and other tax-planning tools one can use to maximize after-tax cash flow. He will also discuss valuation issues, including making sure the price is fair and using purchase allocation tools to maximize tax deductions.
