Walt McGrail is a Managing Director with Cendrowski Corporate Advisors and one of the firm’s senior tax and legal technicians.  Throughout his 40-year career, Walt has developed, managed, and reported a variety of tax efficient strategies for family-owned and publicly held LLCs, partnerships, and corporations, as well as high net worth individuals and their estates.

Walt’s expertise includes:

• Succession planning with an emphasis on UPREITs and ESOPs
• Transactional planning with an emphasis in partnership and LLC M&A
