Professional Experience

A tax accountant and subject matter expert in taxation nuances in CCA’s Bloomfield Hills practice, Catherine has two decades of experience in the private and public sectors. She focuses on helping clients with their disclosures of foreign financial assets as required by U.S. tax laws. Catherine also supports CCA’s litigation, valuation, and risk management practices.

Catherine’s areas of expertise include:

•   U.S. individuals, partnerships, and corporate annual disclosures of foreign financial assets
•   Analyzing U.S. tax treaties with foreign countries to avoid double taxation
