In this solo presentation, John addressed the role of valuation professionals in litigation settings—whether determining the value of a business or assessing economic damages. He also discussed the emerging impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in mediation, highlighting how it can help identify patterns and support dispute resolution with enhanced insight.
