Jim Martin specializes in comprehensive risk assessments, process redesign, and recommendations for improvement. He leads teams in evaluating the operating effectiveness of business processes, and internal control structures, to prepare companies for due diligence and business transfer events. Jim frequently works in litigation support services, including fraud investigation, forensic accounting, eDiscovery, and receivership services.  

Prior to joining CCA, Jim held various management positions within a Big-4 CPA firm, Chrysler Financial, and the corporate treasury unit of Chrysler Corporation. In these roles, he designed and implemented internal controls systems covering basic accounting transactions from accounts payable, credit analysis and accounts receivable to general ledger functions, in addition to developing risk assessment procedures. 

A prolific author, Jim has co-authored several books related to his expertise. Titles include Fraud Deterrence, The Computer Fraud Casebook, and Cloud Computing/Electronic Discovery, all published by John Wiley & Sons.
